The ALFA TOURISM ACADEMY is a part of Greek International Company "ALFA JOB” which is an independently owned Recruitment Agency, established in 2002 to satisfy the demand for a higher quality search, selection and recruitment services. Our academy is one of the first in Athens and generally in Greece that provides degree-level courses in hospitality, tourism, hotel and restaurant management. Work & Travel in Greece program has basis theoretical and practical training for the students, providing participation in real conditions of working environment. 1. Τhe ALFA  TOURISM ACADEMY provides training and the necessary knowledge to the students for a period agreed bellow needed for their future career   

2. ALFA TOURISM ACADEMY from its side provides the necessary training and teaching to the above mentioned student not as an employment but as training in the subject of their studies   

3.If the student wishes to continue the practice for the period longer than previously agreed, the ALFA TOURISM  ACADEMY is ready to come in touch with the HOTEL for the changes.    

4.During the training the student remains controlled by a representative from the ALFA TOYRISM ACADEMY who can visit the company whenever he/she thinks it would be necessary

Location Of The Positions:

This year we have many job offers from our clients in Athens, as well as in many Greek islands: CRETE, KOS, MYKONOS, ZAKYNTHOS, CORFU, NAXOS, RHODES etc. 

Length Of Training Contracts:

Usually here in Greece the season starts in May and lasts till the end of October.

We make the contracts from minimum 3 months to maximum 7 months period for the hotel industry positions.
